UpUp was developed for usage with modern browsers that support the ServiceWorkers technology.
While this technology can be used for various things, it also allows developers to tell a browser to download specific code or files, which to use when the user goes offline.
This way, users can access the site while they have to turn off their WiFi on an airplane.
The UpUp library is quite easy to setup, and allows developers to load any desired HTML, CSS, and JS files when the user goes offline.
It is worth mentioning that UpUp works via HTTPS only.
