Microstat-W is the Windows version of the venerable DOS Microstat statistics package. Microstat-W does not require the user to learn a programming language. Even the most complex test can be run with a few mouse clicks by even a complete novice. Microstat-W is known for its unsurpassed accuracy (e.g., probability values exceeding most published tables) and ease of use. Microstat-W provides coverage in the following major areas: Descriptive statistics, ANOVA (oneway, twoway, factorial), Hypothesis tests (mean, proportion, variance), Stepwise multiple regression, 8 probability distributions, 16 nonparametric tests, frequency distributions, crosstabs, correlation analysis, factorials, permutations, combinations, and time series analysis. Microstat-W has its own data manager, but can import files from other programs (e.g., Excel, tab-delimited.)
