Removed Debug menu feature for Remote Desktop and Photo Booth as they're no longer available in the latest versions.
Removed Disk Utility.app features as they are no longer supported in the new Disk Utility.app.
Removed ability to set the login window picture as this is now automatically set by LoginWindow to be a faded-out version of your current desktop image from the last logged in user. We cannot change this behavior.
Numerous other small bug fixes and tweaks for El Capitan.
