jquery.semi-responsive allows developers to support responsive layouts in two ways: automatically or manually.
When configured to work automatically, the page's CSS will be changed dynamically based on the user's viewport, a well-known way of supporting responsive page layouts.
If the manual option is turned on, the user will have to click special buttons which will load different sets of CSS files on the page.
These can be for specific page resolutions, or they can be non-RWD altogether. This means you can use jquery.semi-responsive to build style switchers as well, not just layout adjusters.
A simple demo page is included with the jquery.semi-responsive download package.
