JoomlaLMS

JoomlaLMS comes with its own installation wizard to help developers set it up on top of their Joomla installation.

Once installed, developers can authenticate on their Joomla admin panel and go to a special backend where they can start adding courses, managing the student and staff userbase and configure various aspects of the JoomlaLMS component.

Each course is highly configurable, and teachers or staff members can setup various course completion criteria, add quizzes, and even give out certificates at the end.

Students on the other hand can communicate with each other during the courses using the built-in forums and chatting capabilities, and even review courses after they take them.

While JoomlaLMS can easily work on its own and help you setup an online school, integrations are also available with Joomla's other famous plugins, the most important being VirtueMart, Community Builder, and JomSocial.

There's a trial package you can test before deciding to buy it, where most of the functionality is freely accessible so you will definitely get a feel of what the plugin's capable of.
