Canvas Desktop Imaging is a small network solution based upon the principles of large scale enterprise Picture Archive and Captures Systems. However, unlike the large scale versions that require dedicated servers, Canvas Desktop Imaging simplifies most of DICOM imaging for easy use and maintenance. Canvas Desktop Imaging allows you to manage your patients medical images easily and also schedule diagnostic orders. Canvas Desktop Imaging includes a modality work list server and also a dicom storage server. This allows your dicom enabled instruments to perform patient queries and send diagnostic reports and images directly to the patient record. Canvas Desktop Imaging also supports encapsulated PDF DICOM files. You can both receive and view these reports without the need for any PDF viewer. Canvas Desktop imaging is self contained and does not require any additional tools other than the .NET framework version 4.0. Canvas Desktop Imaging also supports non-dicom devices so that you can manually import images directly to the patients record. Integrated help makes setup and support easy. Users can email support directly from the application or view videos on our YouTube channel. Physicians can easily create diagnostic impression reports for each image or report and generate a custom report to send to their Electronic Health Records software.
