Star Zoom works in two ways. The first relies on a series of "zoom in", "zoom out" controls overlayed on top of the photo, small buttons which when pushed will help the user inspect the photo at a higher or lower zoom level.
The second method relies on mouse wheel scrolling, letting the user close in or out of a photo when hovering the mouse over it and scrolling using the mouse's wheel.
Each method has its own settings and quirks which developers can change and adapt it to their own projects.
A small example is included with the trial package.
Also packed with the download package is Atomiser, a small Windows application for preparing and resizing photos for using with Star Zoom.

What is new in this release:
- Fixed issue where on touch-enabled laptops, mouse controls were disabled.
- Fixed issue where using minScale: 0 (image never gets smaller than viewport), minimum image size would not be recalculated when using resize: true.
