Lappet

Lappet is a fake virus designed to scare people who are comp-newbies- people who have just started using computers and are not that familiar with its multiple features. The program displays a message and a progress bar telling the user that the hard disk is being deleted. The user tries to quit the program by clicking on the start menu, etc but that will not work. Finally the program displays a message that the whole thing was a prank. There is a hidden feature in the program. Any time you press the UP key the program will terminate immediately.
