TrackIT is our latest software package and was designed and developed specifically for IT repair companies. It streamlines the process of booking in repairs for your clients, as well as managing them throughout the repair process, giving you more time to manage your business. It is perfect for use by computer repair shops who deal with pc and laptop repairs (as well as any other items), phone repair shops etc. as well as internal IT departments wanting a reliable and scalable choice for managing their workload. Development began in 2012 and has been getting used in a real life situation since January, in a busy computer repair shop. The shop was originally using another piece of software which it found to be complicated and frustrating to use and have been extremely happy with TrackIT, how it performs, and its simplicity.
