BodyCalculator is a BMI/BMR calculator(BMI = BodyMassIndex and BMR = Basal Metabolic Rate). BMI calculates your mass which should be between 18.5-24.9. If that number is below 18.5 or over 25 your weight is unhealthy. BMR calculates your calorie needs, based on your body activity. Note this calculation will be very accurate in all, but the very muscular (will underestimate calorie needs) and the very fat (will over-estimate calorie needs).
