Workspace Switcher WrapAround is a GNOME Shell extension that provides a different switch mod for the GNOME 3 workspaces.
Therefore, when the user goes to the bottom workspace it will switch to the top workspace and vice versa.
To install this extension you must have GNOME Shell installed or Cinnamon. However, keep in mind that it was not tested with Cinnamon.
