AlternateTab is a GNOME Shell extension that replaces the normal Alt-Tab function with an alternate one that doesn't do app grouping and it cycles between opened or docked windows.
To install this extension you must have GNOME Shell installed or Cinnamon. However, keep in mind that it was not tested with Cinnamon.
