ezQuake is an open source video game designed to make QuakeWorld easier to start and play. It combines all the features from modern QuakeWorld clients into a single application available for Linux, FreeBSD, Windows and Mac OS operating systems.

ezQuake features modern graphics (shaft beam, particle explosions, rain, gunshots, grenade and rocket trails, nails, blood, MD3 models, water effects, fog, killing spree messages), QuakeTV support, rich menus, multiview support, independent physics, server browser, video capture, demo browser, graphics customization, modern gaming features, MP3 player control, as well as scripting possibilities.
