Apper provides developers with a server-side structure for their Node.js Web applications that allows them to create single-page apps and one-page websites.
The framework works based on a general environment configuration file and a series of modules that address issues like the routing engine, middleware settings, and the socket subscription system.
This and the actual file directory structure are used to create REST end points, allowing developers to easily create Web applications that work in real-time using a classic RESTful model.
Automatic minification and asset bundling is also included by default, along with a simple idea behind developing your apps: "bigger apps are composed of smaller apps".
This lets developers put any number of smaller apps inside their project's directory structure and automatically have their features included in the main application.
