The jQuery Cascading Dropdown plugin is for building dynamic forms where users need to make deeply accurate selections but the developer doesn't want to discourage them by providing multiple dropdowns with a huge set of options in each list.
Developers can organize options in different dropdowns and only show them if the user's previous selection is relevant to the current item.
