Formoid is a form templating boilerplate for easily dropping in form elements and creating Web forms using a simple structure and styling method.
Formoid can be used to create any type of Web form, from simple contact forms, to boring login fields and up to extremely complex online polls.
The plugin is also style-agnostic, meaning it can work with a bunch of CSS styles the users wants to feed it with.
Support for modern HTML 5 features is included, along for responsive layouts, mobile devices and Retina high quality graphics.
Beside the jQuery version presented here, a Mac and Windows app can be downloaded as well, for creating forms via an visual interface.
