picamera

picamera is basically a collection of Python functions to control a Raspberry Pi-managed camera.

Includes utilities to adjust camera details, start the camera, make the camera go to sleep, record, stop recording, manage meta data and more.

What is new in this release:

• In 0.4, several new attributes were introduced for configuration of the preview window: preview_alpha, preview_fullscreen, preview_window.
• A new method for rapid continual capture of still images was introduced: continuous().
