Stretch Break

Reminds you to take stretch breaks to avoid RSIs. Animated figures show you how. Reduce stress and muscle and joint aches. Includes ErgoHints workstation setup guide and eye exercises. User controls time between stretch sessions and stretches per session (default 3). Each stretch lasts 15 to 25 seconds so you are back to work in one or two minutes.
