CaseBox

CaseBox is a classic DMS coded in PHP that uses a MySQL database to store its information.

This application can be used by single professionals for their own private purposes, or installed on a company's Intranet as a way for team members to upload, share, edit, and comment on various files.

Besides the online file management utility, CaseBox also comes with a to-do and calendar application for setting up common or private events, and informing other of common or private tasks and milestones.

The entire system supports themes, multi-lingual installations, and comes with password-protected user accounts.

The CaseBox interface also features document previewing abilities, drag&drop file management, and a users activity statistics center.

Powerful search and filtering tools are also included, and each file also comes with versioning support.

Besides the source code, CaseBox also comes with server images and desktop clients that allow users to edit data on the server outside a browser.
