Jet Help Desk is a very lightweight help desk system developed on top of PHP, MySQL, and Bootstrap.
Featuring a very minimal interface, focusing on the problem at hand, Jet Help Desk allows clients to add a new ticket without having to be registered, which then gets recorded in the help desk's database.
The administrator or one of his support staff can then answer the client and help him solve his problems from the application's backend.
The entire Jet Help Desk has been modeled out of the box to be very versatile, allowing admins to configure it to work with any type of business and with any type of customer problems.
All of these settings can be made from the Jet Help Desk backend, with no fiddling around in the application's source code.
Installation:
Download and unzip the package.
Move Jet Help Desk files to a Web server.
Create a new database
Run the database.sql file against the new database.
Delete the database.sql file.
Rename db_sample.php to db.php and add the proper database credentials.
Access the Jet Help Desk website and use the admin/admin username and password to login.
