iAddressX puts your contacts' information in your menu bar for quick and easy access. iAddressX allows you to quickly dial, send email, paste mailing labels, find contacts, and many other tasks. It is a powerful personal-contacts productivity tool for instant access from the desktop to just about everything in Apple's Contacts app (formerly the Address Book). iAddressX will put your mind at ease by helping you access, navigate, search, view, organize, and instantly access your important contact information.
Menubar Convenience and iAddressX: The main menu bar, also called the system menu, has been a main feature of Macintosh computers since the Mac's inception. iAddressX has now returned to the system menu as a status item, allowing easy access to almost everything related to contact from hierarchical menus. Navigate Contacts: Navigate contacts from a small icon in the system menu and access many contact options. Dymo Support: Print to your Dymo Label printer right from iAddressX. Dial: Dial using Bluetooth, a USB Modem, Skype or an old-fashioned landline. Search: Search your contacts directly from the menu bar. Skype: Full support to initiate a call or chat using Skype.

- Added an option to show Contacts by Group as a sub-menu, or in the main menu. We recommend you enable Contacts by Group if you have many Groups
- Major rewrite of many parts of the code that was originally designed for OS X 10.5 Leopard and older.
- This version now supports OS X 10.7 Lion and newer.
- iAddressX was a Mac OS X Preference Pane. It is now an app installed as a status item in the menu bar.
FIXED
- Application @ menu icon was almost invisible if dark menu and Dock is selected in MacOS (Yosemite only) General Settings. This has been fixed to have better contrast in Yosemite if the dark menu and Dock is selected.
