Inbox2DB connects to your POP3 or IMAP mailbox to parse e-mail messages e.g. sent via a web form, generated by a script or sent directly. It extracts the data from the message and stores the information in a MS Excel, MS Access database, MS SQL Server, MySQL Server or other database via ODBC. The program support POP3 and IMAP mailboxes (SSL/TLS). You can define exactly what messages should be processed by the software using filters based on keywords, phrases and e-mail addresses. The setup of the field relationship is easy and straight-forward. Select the target database, e.g. MS Access, MS Excel, MS SQL, MySQL or other ODBC database, send a sample message to the specified e-mail address (mailbox) and simulate the e-mail processing. Inbox2DB automatically detects matching fields, but you can also define the field relationship by hand.
