Apache Abdera

Apache Abdera was initially developed by IBM and is a simple library for generating Atom feeds for various purposes.

The library has a modular architecture which helps it divide functionality amongst its components, and keep the code size down based on project requirements.

Abdera deals with Atom client and server protocol implementations, supports the Atom 1.0 standard, and also supports various of the protocol's formats and extensions.

There's also support for i18n, for using Abdera with the Spring framework, and the project also comes already packed with all needed dependencies and even some examples.
