SageFrame is not only for developers, but for designers the same. It does this by being a framework and CMS at the same time, hence the CMF term - Content Management Framework. The concept isn't new, but it's not that used in the Web development community.
Technically speaking CMFs are the base for all CMSs, so because of this they have never been widely adopted by end-users, since installing and creating a site on a CMF takes seriously longer than on a fixed structured CMS engine.
But in cases where a website needing to be built doesn't follow the norm and needs a lot of tweaking and customizations, SageFrame can easily come in handy, allowing developers to easily adapt it to any requirements.
Coupled with its very user-friendly interface and terms, SageFrame can be used by non-technical users as well, allowing them not only to build a website from scratch, but also build the website's structure from scratch as well.
What is new in this release:
- Payment Gateway for the developers has been added to the system. The developers can now manage the payment gateway settings easily in a single place and maintain the table as well.
- User Import and Export is another new feature that has been introduced in this version. With this feature, the users can import and export roles from one site to another. Also, the module checks for duplicity during mapping to ensure that there are no duplicate users in the same site.

- Online module extension has been introduced in this version where the users can download modules online and use them in the site.
- To upgrade the system to a better version, an upgrader zip file is available. The users can install this zip file and upgrade the system or even separate modules to the newest version.
- With the Scheduler, the users can predefine the tasks and the time to run them. The tasks then automatically run at the defined time without any supervision.
