What is new in version 1.8.1:

• Fixed a regression in Geeklog 1.8.0 that made the [code] and [raw] tags not escape content properly.
• Fixed problems with adding or removing items to/from arrays in the Configuration.
• The admin's User Editor no longer loses changes when an error occured.
• Fixed images not being displayed in the story preview (when editing an existing story).
• Plugins can now set $_SCRIPTS in the plugin_getFooter() function.
• Fixed some warnings raised by PHP 5.4 (currently in beta).

What is new in version 1.8.1rc1:

• Geeklog 1.8.1rc1 fixes a regression with the [code] and [raw] tags which didn't escape content properly in 1.8.0.
• This release also ships with jQuery 1.6.3, which fixes a possible XSS in that popular JavaScript library.
• To the best of our knowledge, this XSS did not affect Geeklog itself, but it may potentially exist with plugins that make extensive use of jQuery.

What is new in version 1.8.0:

• Geeklog 1.8.0 contains an updated configuration, OAuth user authentication, jQuery, and includes various other improvements.

What is new in version 1.8.0 RC2:

• This version fixes problems with the plugin update option, with updating from an old Geeklog version, and also fixes a (non-exploitable) SQL error with comment notification emails.

What is new in version 1.8.0 RC1:

• This version fixes the problem with OAuth and OpenID users being logged out after 2 minutes.
