TeamAgenda is a Mac and Windows real-time, cross-platform group scheduler and resource manager that allows your work groups to coordinate their activities, set up meetings and optimize their time management. TeamAgenda provides project management windows and automated timesheet production. It lets you send meeting notifications to non-TeamAgenda users by email, manage your time on a laptop, web browser, or wireless PDA. TeamAgenda synchronizes with wide range of portable devices such as PocketPCs, Palm, iPhone and iPod Touch devices, and compatible mobile phones. Furthermore, it offers iCal synchronization. Mac users can now directly access their group information on TeamAgenda servers by using iCal. This makes it much easier to add Mac users to TeamAgenda servers to share data. Of course, Mac users can also synchronize their individual iCal data with their TeamAgenda server, which can also be simultaneously accessed by TeamAgenda users on Mac, as well as Windows PCs.
