Inspired by the Twitter's relative dates display, the jQuery Timeago plugin will convert regular timestamps to a human readable format.
Timeago works with all the date formats from the ISO 8601 standard and produces relative dates in any desired relative format or language.
To produce relative dates in other languages the developer needs to hack the plugin and mess around with the code, but Timeago will allow it without the need to rewrite the whole plugin.
A demo is included with the download package.
