str2time

str2time takes time expressed like 10am and converts it into 10:00:00.

While the first may be something much easier to read by users and also much easier to input in a form field, it is not very developer friendly, since it cannot be used in backend operations.

str2time takes user-inputted time values and converts them into the standard time format used by the ISO 8601 specification, much easier to manipulate by other JS applications and libraries.

str2time works with both client-side (browsers) and server-side (Node.js) environments.

Requirements:

• JavaScript enabled on client side
• Node.js for server-side environments
