Put any bookmark in a time capsule and Tagmindr will send it to your future self. Give it a username and it will feed you anything that you've tagged as: "tagmindr" and "remind:YYYY-MM-DD" on any of the various services that it checks. Tagmindr reminds users via RSS, SMS, e-mail, or IM, so long as it's RSS.
