Backup4all Professional is a tool for backing up data on your computer. This tool automates backup tasks, protects backups with a password, and compresses them to save disk space.
With this program, you can backup files to either a local or network drive, as well as to FTP, SFTP, DVDs, CDs, and other removable media. Backup4all Professional can perform four different kinds of backups: full backup, differential backup, incremental backup, and mirror backup.
The program comes with powerful tools for configuring your backups. You can define powerful file filters to backup certain file types. Once a backup is completed, you can see which files have changed since the last backup or access statistics about the next backup operation.
This program enables you to backup open or locked files as well -- including databases, personal folders in Outlook, mail archives, and more.
You can also set predefined backups of certain folders, such as My Documents or My Pictures. You can also backup Outlook Express emails and settings.
