RexNDox Apps Sound Recorder with Player records both audio playing on your computer or from microphone or from both. You need not make adjustments in stereo mix and it takes care of everything. It also comes with a simple scheduler and can be controlled using hotkeys. You can save the audio in .mp3 or .wav format. There are also some other handy features such as Always on Top, audio player to play audio with in the app, etc.
