Zoomer

Zoomer is an utility that lets you quickly and intuitively zoom into your computer screen with your mouse wheel. Unlike other magnification programs, this one places no limit on how closely you can zoom. Just use the left mouse button and cursor to center what you want to zoom in on. Then, zoom with the mouse wheel. Version 3 supports all screen resolutions, has a faster startup time, and better maneuverability.
