Venatek Customer Knowledge is a customer support tool used to store customer information and to track and resolve customer issues. The database of customer issues is also designed to be used as a company knowledge base. Supporting documentation such as Word documents or screenshots may be attached to the knowledge base records. These are stored in the SQL Server database and are accessible to your customer support organization. This application is written entirely in Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 C# .Net. The database back end is SQL Server. This application is written on a robust multi-tier architecture suitable for a large multi-user deployment. This application is easily extensible and customizable. Version 1.0.60 adds export functionality and limited printing capability.
