TiFiC System Snapshot is designed for helpdesk agents and system administrators to facilitate the collection of real-time system information from Windows clients in case of a support incident. TiFiC System Snapshot scans the computer for installed hardware and software, network configuration, running services and presents the parameters in a graphical user interface or in an e-mail that can be sent to the helpdesk agent.
