SysInfoTools PST Compress & Compact tool helps you compact your large PST files of Outlook by reducing their file size and removing all extra and unused space from them. It can compress single as well as multiple PST files in a single shot without taking much time. By using this software, all the selected PST files are compressed in four different ways: "Compresses all attachments in a new PST file", "Removes all attachments in a new PST file", "Removes all attachments from PST file and saves them in a separate folder" and "Removes all attachments from PST file, compresses them and saves the attachments in a separate folder". The software allows users to add new compressed PST file(s) to their Outlook profile. This tool can compact password-protected PST files as well. While compressing the selected files, it does not cause any damage or loss to the files. In fact, it maintains the files' structure and data integrity and keeps all the selected files intact or unchanged. It supports compression of both types of PST files , i.e. ANSI and Unicode, of all major versions of MS Outlook. This tool also generates a log file in text format that stores all the information of PST compression process. The log file is automatically saved at the same location that is selected for the output PST files. It also allows you to assign a new password for your compressed PST files.
