Sumstuff Wri is a free text and Web page editor. It can handle the designing of Web pages, rich text files and txt files. This was hand programmed on Visual Basic, so you have got to give me credit on this. This is my first program, so give it a go. Please Note: Sumstuff Wri requires the .NET framework 2.0.
