ProteinID Finder is a proteomics analyzation software capable of extracting information from the online universal protein resource database UniProt. ProteinID Finder imports your mass spectrometer analyzed protein lists (uniprot accession numbers) into experiments and organizes your proteomics experiments into workspaces. You can share workspaces with your collaborators so everyone is working on the same data. ProteinID Finder can compare multiple experiments and identify trends or similarities between experiments, a powerful tool to identify potential biomarkers. What is new in this release:
- Proteins identified in experiments are displayed as bar or pie charts.
- Comparison of experiments is displayed as bar charts and tables.
- Identify relationships between experiments based on patterns and similarities using area proportional venn diagrams.
- Export bar charts, pie charts and venn diagrams as images.
- Availability of more than 100 new queries and 6 new views, enabling Gene Ontology classification of proteins in ProteinID Finder.
