This is not just a metronome. In fact it's a two in one: sequencer with a sampler. The benefits of this approach are: absolute precision, realistic tick visualization, possibility to specify the rhythm figures and many others. You can specify a list of tempos with their durations and Metro will switch the tempos automatically. Thus you can concentrate on speed or accuracy practicing without having to look at the watch all the time. In addition it has a very clear and easy to use user interface.
