Lockbin Add-in for Outlook

Lockbin add-in connects Microsoft Outlook to the Lockbin HIPAA compliant e-mail encryption service that's easy to use, both for sender and receiver, and it's free. Lockbin uses HIPAA compliant AES-256 bit encryption, TLS, and FIPS 140-2 verified crypto-libraries to help you send messages in a HIPAA compliant manner. Although Lockbin offers a Premium tier of services, the basic service is totally free. If you only need to send an occasional secure message, then Lockbin's free service is probably a good fit for you.
