Kernelloader is an open source and completely free software designed to act as a boot loader for the PlayStation 2 gaming console, allowing users to run Linux and other PlayStation 2 operating systems.
The Linux kernel can be loaded by "memory card exploit," by "Action Replay Media Player," by "FMCB" or any other homebrew loading method.
Kernelloader can run Linux on your PlayStation 2 from a Live DVD without the need of a modchip. It supports PAL, NTSC, VGA, and DTV monitors, includes a VNCViewer, and allows users to play YouTube videos.
