Microsoft Office has very powerful functionality, but it has a difficult learning curve as well. Free MS Office Assistant for Students is a helpful tool - an add-in virtual assistant for MS Office that can find commands for you, run them or show where the buttons are situated. The assistant will understand you if you don't remember the exact name of a command and write it in your own words. It will help students who are making their first steps in MS Office find their way through the complex structure of tabs and menus and acquire useful skills faster and easier.
When the application is installed, the Assistant Tab appears in Microsoft Office programs. The Dialogue button opens a window, where you can type in your queries and see what commands the assistant finds for you. You can run them or make the assistant point them to you on the ribbon with a finger. At the moment the application supports the English and Russian languages and functions in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, MS Office versions 2007, 2010 and 2013.
