There are thousands of commands and functions in Microsoft Excel. Many things are hard to find: how to freeze panes, how to remove duplicates, how to insert rows and columns or find the sum. Altopus LLC provides a solution - an add-in virtual assistant for MS Excel. The assistant can find ribbon commands for you, run them or show where the buttons are situated. It can also find math, statistical and other functions and insert them into the current cell. The assistant will understand you if you write commands in your own words and will make working in MS Excel easier and more effective for both beginners and experienced users. When the application is installed, the Assistant Tab appears in MS Excel. The Dialogue button opens a window, where you can type in your queries and see what commands the assistant finds for you. You can run them or make the assistant point them to you on the ribbon with a finger.
