Recipient Copies ez1099 can print all recipient copies on white paper. It can fill data on pre-printed forms too.
IRS copy IRS does not certify substitute forms. You need to print the data on the red forms for copy A and 1096. PDF forms(optional) ez1099 can generate the PDF format forms for recipient copies to help you cut the mailing cost. Electronic Filing(optional) ez1099 also generates the electronic filing document that you can upload to IRS site. ez1099 can support unlimited companies, recipients and forms on the same machine with no extra charge. ez1099 is compatible with Windows 8.
