Bitnami eZ Publish Module

Bitnami eZ Publish Module is a free and multiplatform software project that can be used on top of a Bitnami LAMP, WAMP and MAMP installation, specially designed for the eZ Publish CMS (Content Management System) application. It automates the setup of a Bitnami application stack on Linux, Windows or Mac OS X operating systems.

What is eZ Publish?

eZ Publish is an open source, freely distributed, platform-independent and web-based enterprise content management platform that features an easy-to-use Content Management System (CMS), as well as numerous attractive features.

Installing Bitnami eZ Publish Module

The Bitnami eZ Publish Module product is distributed as native installers for the aforementioned operating systems, supporting both 32-bit and 64-bit (recommended) computers. To install eZ Publish on your LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP) stack, simply download the package that corresponds to your computer’s hardware architecture, run it and follow the instructions displayed on the screen.

Run eZ Publish in the cloud or virtualize it

Thanks to Bitnami, you are now able to run your own eZ Publish stack server in the cloud with your hosting platform or by using the pre-built cloud images designed for the Amazon EC2 and Windows Azure cloud hosting providers. In addition, it is possible to virtualize the eZ Publish application using a virtual appliance for the Oracle VirtualBox and VMware ESX/ESXi virtualization software, based on the latest LTS (Long Term Support) version of the Ubuntu distribution.

The Bitnami eZ Publish Stack and Docker container

The Bitnami eZ Publish Stack product is distributed freely on Softoware, allowing users to effortlessly install and host the eZ Publish application, as well as all of its runtime dependencies, on desktop computers and laptops.
