Backbone is a starter kit for your future Web projects, a basic boilerplate that contains lots of stylistic presets and UI widgets that developers can easily deploy into their websites.
The framework can be used with both static (fixed) and responsive layouts, and the projects it builds can easily accessed from both desktop and mobile devices.
Most of its widgets are also available as standalone jQuery plugins, like:
- Edge Alerts
- Responsive Tabs
- Responsive Accordion
- Responsive Toggle
- LiteBox
- Animations
- popGrowl
- ProBars
A demonstration page for all the widgets is included with the download package, just to showcase all what Backbone's really capable of.
