KEY COMPONENTS:
The tool consists of a user friendly interface which articulates three different views that provide a navigation capability across the eTOM model. The first two views reproduce levels 1 and 2 of the eTOM, whilst the third view provides a detailed insight into the process description and attributes, it represents the entry point to work on a particular process or group of processes.
The tool provides up to seven hierarchical levels for process decomposition and two distinct windows to work on process attributes and attached objects. This view also provides a "micro-navigation" capability across all hierarchy levels.
