Riveal

Riveal is a free Java application that extracts sounds, movies, and pictures from the data files of most games in the Myst series. As a bonus, Riveal also extracts sounds, movies, and pictures from a few other games, including the Mac version of The Manhole CD-ROM Masterpiece Edition, an enhanced remake of one of Cyan's pre-Myst games, and some of the games in Presto's pre-Exile series, the Journeyman Project trilogy. Riveal supports the Mac version of The Journeyman Project Turbo, an improved rerelease of the first game in the trilogy, the Mac version of The Journeyman Project 2: Buried in Time, and the Mac and Windows versions of The Journeyman Project 3: Legacy of Time.

• Extraction of sounds, movies, and textures from the Mac versions of Amerzone and Syberia.
• Extraction of sounds, movies, and textures from the Windows versions of the Batman series (Arkham Asylum, Arkham City, and Arkham Origins).
• Extraction of sounds, movies, and textures from the Mac version of Batman: Arkham City.
• Improved extraction of sounds and textures from BioShock, BioShock 2, and BioShock Infinite (fewer duplicates, more consistent names).
• Extraction of sounds, movies, and pictures from most iOS apps.
• Extraction of sounds, movies, and textures from most Unity games.
• QuickTime movies extracted from Classic Mac games are now compatible with recent versions of OS X and Windows.
