ChurchWare has been operating on a donation basis for over 24 years. Some of Cedric's products include Tithe, FCS (Flexible Church System) and Church Shareware Budget. Currently Tithe 6 is the only supported program and it allows Christian groups to simplify the way they track donations and pledges from their supporters. Tithe will print a wide variety of reports for the treasurer and for donors including a report for income tax purposes.
Tithe ver 6 is a powerful contribution tracking system. Tithe was first created in 1988 and version 6 represents the fifth major rewrite of the program. This version was developed in Microsoft Visual Studio and uses the .Net Framework. It includes an end user reporting tool that allows you to customize reports. This version does not require MSSQL Express as version 5 did because it uses an embedded SQLite engine. You can also easily export data to Excel and other formats. Is can track non-deductible account types and pledges if desired. It also has a Canadian receipt option.
This ChurchWare (Christian Shareware) concept and ministry was designed to benefit all Christian groups needing affordable software. From the beginning, this ministry has been supported by the generous donations of those that use my software.
