Even you will be able set your company's logo on the inventory listing paper. 11 - When setting up your name and address you will be able to change the font size and color and even insert lines. 12 - The software is a general purpose invoice creator that can be applied to any selling or servicing industry. 13 - The new version 7 comes with the possibility to add 6 different customized informative blanks. The information of these blanks are saved on the database so can be searched when needed. 14 - On Print Preview - you will be able to see the complete invoice, packing list, shipping label and inventory listing before printing it or convert it into the .XPS format to be sent through e-mail to your customers. 15 - Customers addresses, Sales Rep, Payment Method, Item Description, Shipping Method and Terms fields are pre-established by you and saved in the database.
