eMoney helps you parse and calculate gains or losses from stock trades - just select/copy/paste your data into a text file from the HTML table that your brokerage account gives you in your web browser, load it into eMoney, select your type of brokerage account, and you have all the data you need to see what your gains and losses are - and the data that you need to do your taxes! Data is displayed in both a trade-by-trade format and a condensed format which allows you to see exactly what trades you have made and to get an overall view. eMoney also helps you calculate loan payments and what you need to save in order to secure your financial future and retirement. In summary, this tool will help you:
- parse your stock trades for the tax man and to figure out your gains and losses,
- figure out when to start investing for retirement, and how much you need to invest,
- figure out what your budget is after you retire (how much you can spend per year given your estimated return on current investment), and
- figure out how much you need to pay on a loan or credit card debt in order to pay your balance off within a given number of months/years.
